Sinkhole closes lane, off-ramp on Hwy 1

A major repair project on a large sinkhole continued Monday on northbound Highway 1 at Buena Vista Drive. Heavy rains contributed to the crater opening up just off the highway south of the northbound Buena Vista exit.
